About Quant Simplified

Quantitative finance feels intimidating - that’s how I felt when I first started my career. Theoretical knowledge can be learned, but oftentimes it is difficult to relate.

This publication is my attempt to make those ideas easier to understand and more intuitive.

Through Quant Simplified, I break down technical concepts using intuition, examples, and storytelling. The goal is not to remove the depth from quantitative finance, but to make the first step into that depth less overwhelming and, more importantly, relatable.

Some essays are technical explainers. Others are reflections from my own learning journey and career experiences. Across all of them, the aim is the same: to make complex ideas more relatable, useful, and memorable.

Quantitative finance should be rigorous, but it does not have to be inaccessible.
